We have two major products:
Natural White Cheese: Looks so close to Greek Feta cheese but more refinement also more labor and craftsman work.
The naturalness of the content of Taste
Packaging: Comes within 17 kilogram metal boxes
But our brand contains also 20 kg white cheeses.
Old Kashar Cheese: Kind of yellow and wheel-shaped cheeses
Crafted handmade, only pure sheep & goat milks and high nutritional
Packaging: One wheel comes around 10 kilograms.
5 of them are packed stacking and put into one single sack between 50 - 55 KG
We use only pure milk, sea salt and yeast
All
cheeses ready to sale after 3 between 6 months held to cold storages purified from bacteria
and micro organisms harmful to human health.
